"Me and my family had a lovely stay at Villa Vittoria and in Colonnella. The house was incredibly big with lots of areas for hangouts, inside and in the garden. Riccardo was easy to communicate with ahead of the trip and very flexible and helpful in general. He gave lots of nice recommendations for us with things to do, see and places to eat. Riccardo had also arranged wine for when we entered the house which was a very kind gesture. We met Laura as well, a very kind and helpful person. All in...

"I proprietari sono molto gentili e disponibili. La casa è molto bella, cosi come la piscina e la taverna super attrezzata per stare insieme con amici e famiglia. Ci sn anche due cavalli per poter cavalcare. La villa con la vista panoramica sul mare e la luna durante la notte rende l'atmosfera ancora piu bella. Posizione ottima per andare sulla spiaggia o entro terra."

Abbiamo trovato molteplici offerte dai vari paesini , sia per la bellezza degli stessi , sia per le persone che ci hanno aperto i luoghi di cultura anche fuori orario . Oppure il mare raggiungibile in 30 minuti . Al nostro rientro ci accoglieva la villa che con la sua bella piscina ( tenuta sempre pulita dal proprietario ) ci ha donato un gran ristoro ."

"Das Anwesen ist geräumig mit genügend und sehr sauberen Bädern. Der Pool ist topp und sehr gut gepflegt. Die Hausverwalterin war immer ansprechbar und hatte gute Tipps für Ausflüge. Die Küche ist sehr groß mit tollen Herden und einer guten Industriespülmaschine. Einziges Manko: Die Küchenutensilien sind mangelhaft. Kein Wasserkocher, kein Quirl, stumpfe Messer... Da könnte noch etwas nachgebessert werden. Alles in allem hat es meiner Familie und mir sehr gut gefallen."

"Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und auch verabschiedet. Die Wohnung war in einem sehr sauberen Zustand. Die Terrasse war sehr groß mit tollen Ausblick in die Tal und in die Ferne. Auf der Terrasse haben wir gefrühstückt und zu Abend gegessen.. Herrlich. Wir haben Ausflüge unternommen in die verschwendeten Richtungen. Es war für uns ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist an diesem Ort sehr gut aufgehoben. Wir kommen wieder ☺️"

"The property is absolutely perfect for a relaxed country holiday, and is only 15 minutes drive from the sea. The countryside around the house is stunning, the decor and furnishings gorgeous and everything was immaculately clean. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. We absolutely loved it and were very sad to leave. We will definitely visit again."

"This is a stunning property with equally beautiful views of all around. You really feel you have the whole valley to yourself. The villa itself is well equipped and despite the summer heat it remains cool during the night (ceiling fans help though). "Wir waren mit 5 Erwachsenen für 10 Tage dort inklusive meiner 87 jährigen Schwiegermutter. Es gibt ein sehr schönes Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss mit nahegelegenen Badezimmer. "Internet 0 in my room. When I ask for help at front desk he just waved his hand and walked away. I had to come downstairs to use phone. Room was nice but very Thin walls. Breakfast was very good but the manger was rude. He had a domineering attitude and in the 3 days I was there he never spoke. When I left the property he only said good buy. I in tern never looked at him and left. Would not stay there again. The first woman who registered me was wonderful. Gave me suggestions, made me feel welcomed. She should have been the MANGER. "

Six day break in May

"Arrived too warm welcome at reception.Able to access the room which was on the second floor and had a balcony looking towards the sea. The room is comfortable with air-conditioning the breakfast was superb Continental style is home-made bread and cakes unlimited tea and coffee pool has a small childrens area next to a small play area.The location is just across from grottemarre beach The hotel has parking for around about eight cars with two charging points. It’s about a 30 minute walk into the Harbour area well worth it many restaurants in the market. This hotel has a small boutique type and the staff are fabulous. Its location is between go grottemarre and s bennitino both train stations that can get you to Ankona airport a cab is about €20. As well as a full range of restaurants opposite there is a pub less than 100 m away go to Sherwood run by an Italian family who made us most welcome "
