"Wir hatten erstmal Probleme die Schlüssel zu bekommen, weil ich den ganzen Nachmittag auf einen Rückruf gewartet habe.Dann war die Unterkunft nur eine Möglichkeit zum schlafen. In der ersten Wohnung war der Fernseher kaputt, es standen 6 Betten drin, mutmaßlich für Handwerker. Kaffeemaschine gab es nicht, genauso wenig ein Ofen. Die Mikrowelle war verrostet. "Where do i start, the way to the rooms is scary to say the least, cigarette buds everywhere, trash, someone used the room before you go up the stairs as a toilet, the post boxes are broken open. I should have looked for a new place straight away but since we were only going to sleep there and didn‘t want to go through the hastle of finding a new spot we stayed. Room was decent. Super questionable people inside the apartment as well. Plus not being able to help after your very confusing system...

"Notre séjour s’est globalement bien passé car nous ne sommes pas trop difficiles. Mais l’arrivée dans un bâtiment en très mauvais état a été un choc. Les éléments manquants comme le sèche cheveux, le micro onde et les verres ont été signalés à notre hôte. Quelques commerces autour sont les bienvenus pour le petit déjeuner. Notre hôte a été très correct et la communication avec lui est fluide."

"I like everything about The Mooons Hotel. It was super modern. My room was clean and efficient. I particularly enjoyed taking a shower everyday with that wonderful overhead spout. I also enjoyed its wonderful roof lounge with its spectacular view of Vienna. The drink prices seemed reasonable as well. Another great feature was the hotel’s breakfast buffet. It had many healthy dishes. I kind of wished there was some sausages, ham or beacon to go along with the rest of my breakfast though! Another great factor to the Mooons Hotel was its proximity to the Vienna Central Train Station. I also greatly appreciated my room rate. It was extremely reasonable. I must also commend the staff at the hotel. They were extremely friendly and helpful to me. I ate dinner twice at the hotel restaurant. It was good. One criticism about the Pulled Hamburger menu choice would be to get rid of the potatoe chips and get either some French fries or vegetables instead. All in all, I had a great eight day stay at The Mooons Hotel in Vienna."

"Nice place, not expensive, and a good location. Staff were very helpful, but the hotel is understaffed, especially the reception desk that also serves as the hotel bar - it means you have to wait for service sometimes, not because the staff lack energy but often there is only one person on the desk. Breakfast was good too, incidentally."

"This hotel has been refurbished and as a result the rooms are impeccable. The amenities are impeccable. The painting is fresh and I think we got the most well-trained staff we've had in a long time. I would like to give a shout out to Estefania, the receptionist, who made our check-in experience an absolute delight. Everybody who served us did so. They had a smile on their face and we had cappuccinos as our welcome drink. They were very happy to give us a few other coffees along the way as well. Even the baristas were super helpful. They came up to us with the coffee again with a smile on their face. Everybody over there seems to be enjoying working over there, which in turn makes us feel extremely welcome. I would give this place a hundred on ten if I could but for the time being let me just leave it at you will be in very good care."

"Location was great. Station was very close. Shops were right behind the hotel. Huge hotel so long walks from reception to room (depending on which rom you get). Weird thing was no body wash in the shower area. Only shampoo. No conditioner also. Toiletries were not the way I expected at a Park Hotel. Other than this, all was good."
