"Terribly HARD bed. I try not to ever write terrible things and I travel a lot. BUT this time it is needed.
The bed in this unit is like a plywood with 1inch foam on it. I tried to adjust to it for couple nights, then I tried sleeping on the couch 1 night. The owner’s manager wasnt helpful at all. Then I gathered some pillows and tried that 1 night. Manager said they will be in touch, I waited more. Offered more money for another unit with no help.

"Horrific communication with the management group 360. Worst in all of Brazil.
They're not even able to bring you towels, except for "within a 48 hour window", after you ask for them.
Reception at the building has nothing to do with the management group, so they won't arrange anything together, not even to hold a drop off of towels to reception.
