"The welcome that we received was excellent and efficient. A nice start to our stay. The hotel's location close to the Central Railway Station and the centre of Southampton was ideal for exploring. Our bedroom/bathroom was a little tired but the bed was comfortable and we were really not going to be spending long in our room!! The breakfast was delicious. We were warmly welcomed each morning and looked after very well. The range of options to eat were extensive."

"My fiancé and I stayed for 1 night as we came up from Plymouth for a wedding reception. We were lucky enough to be given a corner room, and despite it being a long walk from reception, the room was lovely. The staff were very kind and brought some goodies to our room. Parking was good and convenient, however the car park seemed to be full of entitled people. People who decided that they’re allowed to take up 2 spaces with their one car. Strange behaviour. I feel as though some kind of parking enforcement should be in place to prevent this. Otherwise the hotel is great for a short stay."

"Stayed for two nights for work. Room is comfy enough however I and an issue with a blocked sink which should have been noticed as they left the sink In the bathroom dirty."
