"We had a very nice stay and our room was spotless. We had some nice chats with one of the owners and he was friendly and knowledgeable about the history of the B&B. It’s evident that they take great pride in their home and enjoy sharing it with guests. We were not able to do breakfast as we had plans with family, but the owners had coffee waiting for us on the beautiful enclosed porch. "

"We stayed on this property from September 12 to the 15th. The home itself was beautiful! Lots of room to roam inside and outside. We loved how it was decorated. And the weather was beautiful! The beach was so much fun by the house! Every morning we were out collecting sea glass and just enjoying the peace and quiet of the waves crashing, watching the boats go by and the sunsets were amazing! We went to Captain Jack's bar to watch the Buffalo Bills game and had such a wonderful and fun time there. The "regulars" got a kick out of us all with our crazy antics every time the Bills scored. They were also loving the fact that we were from Buffalo as well! Such a great night. Back at our rental, we grilled, sat outside at night around the fire pit, played games indoors and laughed. We created such memories here. Our hosts were very quick to respond to any of our messages. I hope that one day we decide to come back because it was so very relaxing there. We highly recommend this rental. Beautiful area to be in and quite relaxing. Thank you Karen and Kurt you were wonderful hosts!!! Francine and the gals from Lancaster class of 1979 girls weekend!"

"We stayed three nights and used the kitchen to cook most of our food. It’s a comfortable, clean apartment. Nice large fridge. Oven and stove are nice and work great. Arlyn is in the water purification business so the unit has purified water including reverse osmosis water at the kitchen sink which we loved. They are a lovely family and we enjoyed their little puppy and kitten. We traveled around the area to sightsee and visit historical sites (Palmyra, Rochester, Geneva, Newark, Charlotte Genesee Lighthouse). There is no wifi or internet access. We used our cell phones as hotspots for our iPads which worked fine (one of us has Mint Mobile which uses T-Mobile network, the other uses Visible which uses Verizon network). This is such a beautiful area this time of year! Everyone seems to have large, beautifully manicured lawns, nice homes and corn fields everywhere! We loved it, especially coming from the hot dry desert of Nevada."

"Amanda and Brian are outstanding hosts. The home was clean and well prepared and their communication was excellent. Swimming in Lake Ontario was great and having the boat to travel throughout the bay was fun. We went to Captain Jack's and were able to bring our dog to Pier 53 for off island meals and activity. Anchored at the sand bar multiple times to swim. Great vacation!"

"Our one week stay at Fox Point was exactly what our family needed! From the moment you arrive you are welcomed by a beautiful home with incredible views of the bay. There was plenty of room for our grandchildren to play inside and out. Best of all, Abby and Brandon were so helpful and available if we had any questions! If I could give a rating of 10 I would! "Home is beautiful, nicely laid out, well-stocked, and comfortable for 6 adults and 5 small-ish kids. The kids loved having the basement to themselves. The adults had plenty of room too. The availability of the 2 kayaks and access to the docks was awesome. Parking is ample and neighborhood is quiet. Communication with host was quick and clear. So glad we found this property. "
