"Breakfast was the same all 3 days so that was a disappointment. Had to ask for towels multiple times to get them as they were not sent to the room as they stated would happen. Pool area needs to have adult supervision enforced as many young kids left alone to be obnoxiously loud while their parents gathered to drink in the lobby. "

"Mary was wonderful at check in and check out! The barista made wonderful craft drinks but wasn’t happy about being the only bar tender for the night. The chips in our room were expired. Breakfast had lots of options except no coffee :( Will for sure give it another go! "

"The only good thing about our stay was that the bed was comfortable and my daughter liked the arcade. Their "continental breakfast" consisted of waffles, cereal, yogurt, and on one of the 2 days we stayed, there were muffins as well. There was no phone in the room, however, when we used our cell phone to call the front desk to request light bulbs, we were immediately placed on hold anyway. The pool was too crowded to swim in, because anyone can pay to swim in it, instead of just being reserved for hotel guests. And, the pool is only open until 9. The bathroom door in our room didn’t lock, and there was no switch for the exhaust fan. The diverter for the shower was hooked up wrong, so the hot water was cold and cold was hot. There was trash on the floor in the hallways. They appear to have spent all of the money on the pool, and minimal on the actual hotel. Disappointing to say the least."

"Very cool hotel. Friendly staff and nice rooms. Our shower drain was not maintained well but that was the only issue. "

"This hotel was very clean. The initial staff at check-in was very polite. The staff changed at 11 PM was very rude. Breakfast didn’t start till 7 AM and most of the guest staying with us had to be leaving at that time. Nice place to say but rude late shift staff. Not staying here again."
