"I've stayed here four times. Even though it's not perfect, ir earns nearly five stars based on the fact that it meets all necessities. Easily in, easy out. Simple and efficient."
K’s Place Loft-Downtown and above a Beautiful Restaurant & Bar
8/10 Good
"Overall, a great value to stay in downtown Chanute, Kansas. The host had great communication and all the amenities were excellent. My only challenge with the property was it was in dire need of upkeep could’ve been just a little bit.
The building is very old and there were many cracks down multiple walls, which is no fault of the owners. In terms of cleanliness, I had a lot of bugs I had to kill the first night, including ladybugs and grasshopper, which I thought was strange. It was a second building with bugs inside.
The fan was extremely dusty, including the ceiling fans and massive stains on the carpets throughout the whole unit.
Those are small details, but cleanliness is my number one most important thing when staying in a place and it could’ve been a little bit better. I would still recommend staying here as long as those couple small items were addressed and you don’t mind structural problems of an old building. Otherwise, good place to stay."
3-bedroom house in peaceful Independence. Enjoy your stay
10/10 Excellent
"We enjoyed the space this home gave us for our family of seven. It was an extra bonus to be able to park in the garage as this is generally not offered in many "home away from home" situations. There were plenty of towels and also a nice laundry facility. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen contained everything we needed to cook family meals each evening. This home definitely made our stay easy."
Charming A-Frame Cabin Experience with Campfire Vibes in Humboldt, Kansas
10/10 Excellent
"This place is a truly hidden gem! We didn’t want to leave! The property was immaculate! We had such a great conversation with the owners and felt so welcomed! Wonderful place!! The ac was on point and the bed was comfortable! Highly recommend!"
"Cute little house. Beds were comfortable with plenty of bedding. Bathroom was very clean and well stocked! The negative I have, which iscompletely understandable for a house in the summer, is when I messaged the owner asking if they had something I could use to get rid of the ants in the kitchen I never got a response. Otherwise, great stay in a quiet neighborhood and close to the college!"
