Am 11.12.24 und am 27.12.24 wurde über das Portal von FeWo dirket eine Nachfrage bezüglich des Checkin an den Gastgeber geschrieben, beide ohne Rückmeldung. Telefonisch konnte man niemand erreichen, SMS und WhatsApp wurde nicht beantwortet. "This was a great hotel at competitive rates. On the downside, even though this hotel is in the middle of the city and offers no "resort amenities" it still charges a "resort fee" so be prepared for that. Also, if your intention during your stay is to walk from the hotel to enjoy downtown Mannheim each day or night, you should instead get a closer hotel as this hotel is too far away to do that."
