"Great customer service and staff."

"Great room, great staff, great breakfast! We reserved a two-queen Executive Room and were assigned Room 607. Our four-night stay was spectacular, beginning from the first moment (we arrived about 9 a.m. but were allowed to check into our room right away) and running through the last moment (we had a late flight and were allowed a late check-out). The room was very large, with plenty of shelf and drawer space for clothes, a nice size balcony, an unusually effective electronically operated black-out curtain, and a large bathroom with a great shower. The staff were unfailingly helpful and courteous, even booking on-line ferry tickets for us to take a day trip to Colonia. The included breakfast was terrific, with plenty of hot and cold options, including lots of local fare. My only gripe would be that the room doors slam loudly when guests or housekeepers go in or out. Other than that, the room was exceptionally quiet."

"The staff was very helpful. The hotel is lovely and the room was clean. We only had one shower gel for two people but that is the only "criticism" we have. I'm sure they'd give us plenty more had we asked. "

"The hotel is beautiful, cleaned with character & charm. The staff super helpful and kind and the location is in La Recoleta, nice area 10 or 11 blocks from the Obelisco. Breakfast was very good."

"Lovely, quaint, old fashioned hotel located in a quiet side street. A nice departure from big impersonal hotel chains. Lots of little restaurants and cafes close by Beds were very comfortable and the huge rain shower head was womderful with lots of pressure and hot water. Fromt staff were friendly and helpful, overall a very nice place to stay in BA. Breakfast was included but I cannot rate it as we slept in and missed it altogethet. Yes, the room was That comfortable and quiet. I will assume breakfast was a five star"
