A luxury apartment in a quiet reserve. A Stone throw away from the city of Alvin and minutes away from the Galveston Island. Country style stay. Located five minutes away from the freeways and shopping, rooms are furnished. Furnished with a modern stove/oven and all cooking utensils. Large screen TV and WiFi. Safe, clean and friendly environments. A place you will enjoy all alone with your company. No other person but you and you company.

More roaches than you ever wanted

Good location for us. Would have been perfect if the property was maintained and pest control had been applied. Room was filthy with roach feces all over the floor, kitchen counter, cabinets, and drawers. We had to wash anything we used. Stored everything in zip lock bags.

Owner cancelled me

Owner cancelled on me the day before my trip I was stuck with nowhere to stay, they claimed they cancelled because someone booked from another agency and the did not give me a full refund. I know the area is good but I never stepped foot in the place

Smaller than the pictures make it look. Not the best neighborhood. Floors were disgusting when I moved in. But, once cleaned it served all the purpose that it needed to.
