"The setting of the hotel is gorgeous. The grounds and facilities are maintained to perfection. The rooms were abundantly spacious (we had several rooms in our group). The staff is extremely accommodating, like visiting old friends. The restaurant in the hotel had exceptional food in a beautiful setting. The beach is very private, with nice chairs and bamboo umbrellas. We have visited Greece on five occasions, and this was our favorite spot."

"This is an excellent place to stay. The host, George, is one of a kind. He met us at the port, we had coffee, then he drove, and we followed to the house. He stepped us through everything we needed to know about the house. It was clean, comfortable, large, with the fantastic view. The kitchen has everything you need. a short walk down the trail to a nice beach, which was always empty. Look left, look right, no people. 10 minute drive to many nice restaurants. The three separate apartments would make it a great landing spot for a large group. Very good experience."

"Had the best stay at Irida, was so relaxing, the service was amazing! Our room was gorgeous and we had an amazing view. I recommend you rent a car, to get around the island easy. The hotel was a short walk to the beach.

"We really enjoyed our stay with Eden Beach resorts. The property and rooms were stunning and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast that was included in our stay was the best I’ve ever had. Fresh from the garden! Would definitely recommend and would like to visit again. "

"Perfect accomodation, very close to the beach and the supermarket.
Room was spotless on arrival. The kitchen facilities were well stocked enough to make breakfast and evening meals.
Pool was lovely, although out of use between 3-5. There is also a large BBQ for group tours on certain evenings (not for guests). "

Naxos Waterfront Villa with A/C, pool and panorama view.

Just Perfect
"The photos don't entirely do it justice. Very private and peaceful but well located for everything. The outside spaces are amazing - lots of different spots to sit and chill and a beautiful view over to the beach. The lake was completely dry when we stayed so a 2 minute walk straight across to the ocean. Inside it's cleverly laid out on split levels to maximise space. Owners were very helpful and accomodating. "

"Naxos is a bit of a travel for a Vancouver family. But Greece was calling and Naxos seemed like the right island. We sailed from Athens on a private charter to explore the islands for a week before getting dropped on Naxos. The charter was not cheap, and my take way from what was the best vacation I’ve taken in the past 25 years was this. Next time we stay on Naxos, rent this exact Villa, rent scooters and learn to Kite Surf. Forget the sailboat. This villa is honestly one for the finest homes I’ve ever seen. As a Tv producer I’ve seen my share. The lighting, layout, quality of furnishings, thought put into environment are 10 out of 10. The influence of a discerning eye is evident in every corner. The best of everything. My only reservation is writing a review which will make this home harder to reserve next year. It’s that good. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE. Don’t hesitate. Get your friends or extended family and book this magnificent home. And you can thank me later, Greg S."

"We booked this place based on it was a new listing and nice modern furnishings. Maybe we were the unlucky ones but we were welcomed with unswept floors, non-working toliet with a surprise from a previous unsuccessful flush, dead insects, and no hot water. We had to run the water for 2-3 minutes to get 'luke warm', not convenient for our small children. Overall spacious, nice layout with a good kitchen area, and 2 good size bedrooms, but ultimately due to lack of details on cleanliness and putrid smell from bathroom sewage made us forfeit our 3 nights stay for another accommodation. Management was offering solutions but not willing to refund or compensate for smaller rooms. "
