"We had a wonderful week, based at Jessamine cottage, with helpful communication from the owner.Everything that we needed was provided, as well as a very generous welcome hamper. The cottage is very comfortable and clean, and in a good quiet location. We used the walking leaflets and books for inspiration. There is a local supermarket close by in Blairgowrie and good local walks. The welcome folder gives recommendations for places to eat. We all had a delicious meal at the Old Cross Inn, Rattray,...

"We had been looking forward to our weekly stay in Scotland for almost 3 years. Sadly, the villa did not meet our high expectations. "Our host was lovely and helpful in the run up to our stay, answering questions we had, which made things easy for us. The property was in a very convenient and quiet/peaceful location with good facilities nearby. It was clean and comfortable and well equipped (although we couldn't find a hairdryer which would have been useful) and we enjoyed our stay very much. We'd recommend and would stay again."

"The room was clean and spacious. Everything was wonderful. The breakfast was great and the staff was very accommodating."

"Birnam is a charming Highland village, and this VRBO is perfectly situated in the heart of it. The peaceful courtyard is an ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee or relax in the evening. The home is well-equipped with everything you need, including a fully stocked kitchen, making it easy to feel at home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return on our next visit to Scotland."

"Beautiful property in an amazing location. Louise is a very helpful and responsive host.Thank you for the hosting us."
