"A premium hotel in every way. The staff were the friendliest and went the extra mile. The room was spacious and beautifully designed. Having a pool and gym was a plus. The location was perfect, across the road from the harbour so you could walk the promenade all the way up to the Little Mermaid, taking in all the sights along the route. Also close to 17 bus to Central Station for connections across the city. And the Mall across the road offered more places to eat and shop. Thank you for a lovely stay, we Loved it and will be back!"

"During my overnight stay, I could not sleep because the room temperature was warm - I was gonna open the window but I was scared to break it. Also I wish you’ll inform the customers that shampoo/conditioner, body wash and lotion are not provided."

"Clean bathroom. The room was a bit dated, but functional. The trains were a little loud."

"Really well maintained room, enough space if you're just using it to sleep in. Wifi was a bit patchy, but it was free, so not complaining!"

"Clean room, tiny bathroom. Didn’t have breakfast. Staff lovely. Only small complaints - black out blinds don’t fit the window so woken early by bright sunshine. Toilet didn’t flush properly."

"The only negative was that the spa wasn't open, but it was closed for renovations, so no fault of the hotel really. Fantastic place. Wonderful staff. Excellent food."
