"I love this place!! It's clean and well equipped. Even the cleaning woman is nice. They have a texting system with which to contact the very helpful staff 24/7. It is an easy walk or train way to hop around Copenhagen. I like the way we can have curtains open and yet have some privacy. I think the passcode system is wonderful because I tend to lose keys. "This property surprised us. It was extremely close to a metro stop and supermarket making it very livable for our two week stay. We did not realize how conveniently located it was. A very comfortable, light home with great living space. Would be wonderful for management to emphasize its convenient location on the description but also possibly leave some maps of the area for out of towners. We had a wonderful time for both business and vacation. Would stay here again!"

"It was terrible. Basics were not provided kettle to boil water, tea bags, good coffee, cooktop worked in a very different way. If you are an American , don’t stay here. Neighbors were like we hate these people who rent their places as AB&B. They had bugs . Denmark was not a good experience after visiting other European countries "

"We enjoyed the apartment very clean and accurate listing. We have a couple of suggestions going forward:1) the shower in master bathroom moves around during shower time. 2) have shower gel and soap in shower. 3) better description for garbage; ie. recycling items and where to place them. 4) better instructions for stovetop. We needed to use YouTube videos to determine how to operate stovetop. I requested a late check out. Received an approval with no further explanation. On day of departure...

"It's a great place to stay if you can get past the check-in and parking nightmare. They should have someone to greet you as the check-in process is complicated and the written instructions tedious and too complex to attend to while driving. No blowdryer was present, as promised, but it was brought the following day. The apartment is comfortable and attractive, and the neighborhood is a plus."

"The apartment was very nice. There was a bakery a market and an Italian restaurant in the same complex. A mall was a 10 minute walk and city center about 25 minutes or a 5 minute cab ride. The only thing that we were upset about was the listing stated the bed could be separated into 2 twin beds and that wasn't true. It was just one bed frame with 2 twin mattresses."
