"The toilet bidet and the room light was not working. The staff offered a room change but we had already unpacked so we declined. But we did not expect the aircon was also not working and we opened one of the windows for fresh air but the noise from the rain heating the roofs made it worse! Did they give us the worst room? Overall, we did not sleep well at all."

Location is very convenient, close to the arcade shopping area although most stores weren't operating, close to samurai residential street and carp street. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again. "
