Casa da Lenha is one of three dwellings (plus an independent room) that constitute Agroturismo Quinta de Travancela. This complex also encompasses outdoor pool and private parking.The house has two bedrooms. Each bedroom has a double bed and a single bed. The house also has a bathroom, living/dining room, and equipped kitchen. It has an independent entrance. It has air conditioning in the rooms. There are stairs inside.
Agroturismo Quinta de Travancela is located in the center of the Baixo Tâmega region and the Sousa Valley, in the heart of two highly sought after routes by cultural tourism lovers: the Romanesque Route and the Vinho Verde Route. In addition, it also has a fast access network to other important points of tourist interest in the north of Portugal, such as Amarante, Porto, Alto Douro Vinhateiro, Guimarães and Braga.Come and enjoy a calm and natural environment, where you can observe and carry out various agricultural activities, hiking, bike riding or relaxing in the pool. But don't go away without tasting the wines produced at this Quinta – Tinto, Branco and Rosé.Terms and conditions (very important reading):(a) Check-in must be made between 4pm and 9pm and check-out must be performed by noon. It is necessary to indicate the scheduled time for the check-in.b) When checking in, it is mandatory to present identification documents of all foreign elements of the group, including children. Portuguese law obligates you. The failure to present and/or conceal the identification document implies the impossibility of accommodation.c) No animals allowed.d) We do not have any dining service. Parties are not allowed. We do not have ATM /credit card service. We don't have room service.e) In order to ensure the well-being and rest of all our guests, the use of noise equipment on the premises, such as radios, columns, similar equipment, etc. The use of recreational inflatables is also prohibited, such as oversized buoys, water mattresses, etc.f) If a cot is needed, it must be requested at the time of booking and is free.g) For each additional guest (in relation to the booked lot) an extra rate may be charged (between €25 and €35, depending on the type of room and/or home) or may be refused admission to the accommodation (depending on the age of the person and/or typology of the room and/or home).h) We do not have laundry service. However, we offer a wash for reservations over 5 nights, and subsequent washings are subject to the payment of a fare.i) The accommodations (houses and/or rooms), the swimming pool (is outdoor and saltwater), the game room and the car park are of exclusive access and enjoyment of all our guests. External person visits are not allowed.j) Guests only have access to the booked accommodations and designated areas such as swimming pool, parking lot, etc., since there are restricted areas, because the owners live on the property.k) We are not responsible for any loss, damage and forgetfulness of property on the property.l) The pool is seasonal and is open from March 29, 2024 to October 13, 2024.m) The times shown are for the Portuguese time zone.n) The Municipal Touristic Fee is not included in the reservation amount. The payment of the same must be made in cash upon check-in. The value of the Municipal Tourist Fee is 2€/overnight, in the period between 1 April and 30 September and from 1€/overnight, in the period from 1 October to 31 March, up to a maximum of 3 (three) nights followed per person, aged 16 years and/or more, and per stay, regardless of the mode of reservation.
