The parking lot was not well lit. The hotel carpets were old and had stains. The whole place smelled faintly of cigarettes. The toilet paper holder and tissue holder were rusty and old. The bed was clean and comfortable and the AC worked. They had scrambled eggs biscuits gravy sausage waffles as well as cereal and muffins for breakfast. The room was quiet. Overall you get what you pay for. If you are ok with the smell and don’t care about outdated facilities this is the place for you otherwise pay a little more for a nicer hotel.

The staff was friendly but the hotel was very old. The room smelled aweful. The bed and the shower was clean. The hotel is next to a huge truck stop and you heard them all night long. The AC unit was extremely loud! Will not stay again !!

Super 8 is what the motels of yesteryear were. It’s not a bad value for a clean room, comfortable bed and adequate bathroom. If you want more space, better amenities, etc., you will pay for it.

The breakfast included sausage, eggs and biscuits and gravy. That We liked. I reserved a King non smoking and was given a room with 2 double beds. The door was hard to open, but the lady at the desk told me that up front, they were waiting on maintenance to return from vacation. The room smelled musty and the carpet was not clean. The bathroom door was loose on the hinges and would not close, the ground fault breaker in the bathroom was tripped and would not reset. The toilet had mold under the bowl. There were not enough plugs for the tv, cable box, microwave and fridge to all be plugged in at the same time. Leaving absolutely no plugs for a laptop on the desk. The lamp did have 1 usb port that was helpful. There was a light bulb burnt out when we checked in, but the lady at the front desk gave me a new one, when I took it to the lobby. There was not a bag in the ice bucket, but she gave me one of those as well. The vents on the AC were filthy.

The hotel served our purpose of a quick stop over for the night. For a non smoking facility, the 3rd floor reeked of cigarettes. By the morning it smelled like burnt popcorn due to the guests cooking in their rooms. The bed was comfortable and the a/c seemed fairly new. It is right on the highway so a little noisy.
