Two large living areas, well-equipped, smart home

perfection! Spread out & enjoy this large 1604 sq ft smart home with 2 living areas, each with 50" Smart TVs, fast 1 gig internet, 2 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms & a pet friendly fenced yard. Remodeled with granite countertops, hardwood floors, & modern appliances. Centrally located neighborhood close to I-40. Near the medical center, restaurants, shopping, entertainment & just 9 minutes from downtown. Our goal is to exceed your expectations of an ! Please read policies & rules.
The space
Very spacious home with 1604 square feet to enjoy. Each of the 2 spacious bedrooms comfortably sleeps 2 on the Queen Zinus Green Tea Memory Foam Mattresses. The second living area is huge and includes a second 50" smart TV and seating area plus two twin bunk beds and a Sealy Futon that pulls out to a full bed. Additionally, the den can accommodate a queen size air mattress that is available. A workspace is also available in the den. If you need even more space the large comfy couch in the front living area can be made into a great bed. Spread out and enjoy! Super fast 1 gig fiber internet too ! Privacy locks on all exterior doors and monitored alarm system for long term guests . We give our guest privacy and space. if you need anything during your stay we are just minutes away and will be there to help! Please read policies & rules prior to booking to avoid cancelation.

Self check in! Let yourself in as the home is equipped with smart lock entry. All exterior doors have additional privacy locks for added security. All areas of the property are available for guest use except for one small locked storage closet in the utility room and the locked storage building located in the backyard. The single car attached garage is available for guest use also.
Other things to note
Outdoor sitting areas include the front porch and an additional patio area for grilling. A charcoal grill is also provided for your enjoyment. Besides the large fenced backyard we provide a large pet kennel to secure your pet indoors.
