"place was clean and convenient to trails. Floors are uneven and very easy to trip on. All six of us were over 60 and could not figure out the TV, no big deal as we weren't there for that. One of the chairs at table was broke and there was only 2 sets of keys for the place. There is no hand rail on stairs to the upstairs.Deck is large and nice to sit on. Grill is large but does not get very hot for some reason"

"This house was so perfect for our family of 7 adults, an 8 year old, and 5 month old! It had everything we needed and more! We loved the “poker room” and hooked out switch up to have game night, the sauna was incredible and inspiring me to build one in my basement, the kitchen was incredible and loved they had an extra kitchen in the basement! "Stayed at this property for a ski weekend at the local resort. It was a great location (10 min drive both to the ski resort and the local town). We appreciated the opportunity to have a peaceful and beautiful place to stay that was away from the ski resort crowds. Our kids loved the games that the host had making s’mores in the firepit near the lake. The house is beautifully done. There was a maintenance concern (beeping fire alarm) during our stay but the host promptly addressed the issue....

"I’ve stayed at these cabins regularly growing up. I was pleasantly surprised by how the new owner updated the property. The cabin was clean and welcoming. And the space was perfect as a main gathering area for the larger family. I had a little bit of trouble finding the right cabin because they all have the same address. I also had some trouble with the keypad lock but I think this was my fault. The great thing was that the owner answered my calls right away and was very friendly and helpful....

"We travelled to the area for my daughter's graduation from NMU. This property was a beautiful relaxation retreat from the busy happens of the weekend. Whether it was relaxing outside by the fire or hanging in the basement/game room, it was the perfect location away from all the people in town for the weekend. Check-in/check-out was seamless and communication was easy. I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend to friends."

"This house is so big but also so cozy feeling. There is so much space for kids to run and play while the adults relax. The house had everything you’d need, they even thought to leave extra toothbrushes and toothpaste (Perfect for my forgetful teen daughter) and a pack n play stored in the extra large mud room that greeted us after playing in the snow. "I highly recommend this beautiful home for your family get-away. The pictures do not do it justice. We stayed with our 5 young adults (age 16-22) and the layout of the house was perfect. "Property was beautiful. Loved the use of the kayaks and a campfire every night. Only complaint is the mattress in the Master bedroom was way to firm for my liking, ended up sleeping on the bunk bed for a comfortable mattress"

"The stay was great. We had all the amenities required to support our family during our time at Ski Brule. I would highly recommend this location. I imagine during the summer months this would be a great get away as well. The only complaint I have is that the GPS pin in the app doesn't coincide with the actual address of the cabin, so I did have to call and confirm the address, so other than that it was wonderful."
