"I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent two-day stay. Despite booking a Premium Suite, my experience was unacceptable and far below the standards I expected. During my stay, I encountered several serious issues: - Lack of Service: I called room service multiple times, but no one ever arrived to assist me. - Safety Hazards: The toilet seat in my suite was broken, and there was exposed wiring next to it, which poses a significant electric shock risk. - Faulty Amenities: The in-room safe was not functioning. I requested assistance from room service regarding this, but again, no one showed up. - Inconvenient Policies: I was disappointed to learn that no guests are allowed in the rooms after 8:00 PM. As a guest in a Premium Suite, I expected a high level of service and a safe, well-maintained environment. Unfortunately, this was the worst experience I have had at a hotel. UNFORTUNATE!"

"Terrible experience at Regenta. I called beforehand to confirm my check-in time and was told 12 PM. When I arrived, they suddenly said it was 2 PM. I also specifically asked if I needed to bring anything for check-in and was told no, but when I got there they demanded my passport and visa, which was never mentioned. The room itself was disgusting. It smelled bad, the AC wasn’t working, and the “white” bedsheet was dirty. The decorative cloth on the bed was extremely filthy and black. The room felt completely unhygienic and poorly maintained. I stayed for less than 30 minutes before leaving because it was that bad. I went to Orchid down the road instead, which was a much better hotel and experience. Regenta was a huge disappointment and I would absolutely not recommend staying here."

"staff failed to offer a welcome drink at check the staff were not wearing their name badges at reception and some in the restaurant. the hotel has a very stringent policy on towels and toilet if we require additional towels etc there should be no quibble. The housekeeping was ok . The buffet breakfast was cooked to a very good standard as was the food we ordered in room service . Punit provided a great service in the restaurant Service with a smile . The rest of the staff gave the impression that they did not want to be there . More interested in google reviews . On the last night we decided to eat in the restaurant and this was so disappointing. The manager Mr Naresh failed to write down our order and got the order wrong . We had to endure a 30 min wait for the correct order. and it did not any soft drinks other than coke . It failed here. We saw him pacing up and down the Resturant but he failed to apologise and no other managers apologised . Very arrogant . Very rude young porter with a steely stare who wanted a tip ! Ramada do a mystery shop here please . customer service training . Hiring process ? "

"Rooms charging plugs weren’t working, and same in shower just one towel and after check out staff was calling me for laundry bill. Even i didn’t give anything to laundry. After 4 hours they called me back and told me bill was for another room. It’s horrible experience at this hotel"
