"There was trash under the ottoman in our room upon check in. The mini fridge didn't seem to keep our food that we brought cold enough. The grill had no propane even though we called to confirm that it was ready to use. The trim board in the doorway to the bathroom was broken and kept falling over and caused the bathroom door to not be properly shut. "

"should be called Crappy inn. Room so dirty never cleaned and stunk like an ash tray. We tried to stay but left for another hotel. Best idea we did . Never stay there. "

"Breakfast was good, loved the oatmeal bar. Friendly staff. Unfortunately, the pool is temporarily out of service. They did offer us to use the pool at the hotel next door. But we decided not to use it. The mall is literally right there, walking distance. "

"Room was okay. The water pressure in the toilet was awful though. Sometimes it took 2 flushes just to get toilet paper down. We were still in our room when housekeeping wanted to come in the morning so garbage and towels werent done. My husband went to the front desk to ask for some new towels later in the evening and he said the lady seemed annoyed that he asked. The housekeeper who brought them was friendly though. Breakfast was also okay. They did keep everything stocked. I would've liked to see a bigger variety but understand it was continental. Its a longer walk to splash lagoon. I wouldnt stay there again unless the other 2 connecting hotels were fully booked."

"The pictures are deceiving. The entrance is as pictured and if quite nice. But once you get past that area it’s not so nice. The hallways and rooms are dark and dreary. We got to our room and was Instantly disappointed the room was small my daughter and I could hold hands from the 2 separate beds. But we said it’s one night we will deal with it. About 1-2 hours later my daughter pulled down the bedding and the sheet was covered in mold and trace of blood. That was a wrap for us. We ended up booking a room down the street for a little more but so worth it. I tried to get a partial refund and it was denied. "
