I arrived at the hotel very late at night, I booked the hotel through Expedia and the reservation was made on the wrong day it was for the next day but was supposed to be for the day I arrived. I called Expedia and after about an hour on the phone with them they told me that there is a penalty of the whole amount to change the date on the reservation and only the hotel can waive it. The man working the front desk on 05/22/21 @ 11:00 pm at night was my savior he waived the fee and after six hours...

The hotel was very clean and the hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. The pool was perfect for our kids and they had a blast. The rooms were very clean, roomy and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again!

This place is always a go to for me and my boyfriend because he can park his semi at the petro station and we can actually enjoy a night together with a dip in one of the many hot tubs. The bed is always comfortable, the room is always nice and cool, everything is clean, and the breakfast is always delicious. Great family swimming pool! My family had a great time with the little ones using the slide in the kids pool. The adult kids had a great time in the large pool playing basketball. The hot tub was the perfect temperature as grandma and the little one sat in the just right temperature.

The hotel is beautiful, the staff was wonderful. Unfortunately we got a room (on the 4th floor) that was above the massive air conditioning units. Every time they would start up, the floor would vibrate. My husband is not a good sleeper and they kept him up for a good part of the night. The receptionist was very sweet about it and said she could not do a refund as we booked the room through Expedia. She did take off our our breakfast tab, though.
