"This was our first time to Belize and wasn't sure what to expect. The location is right across the street from the airport, so although very convenient, it was quite loud at times with planes taking off/landing often, but I would say wouldn't be a showstopper for me. I can't say enough about the staff. They are the most pleasant and helpful staff. I will admit, being an American I'm spoiled by ice water...and to my surprise, they had an ice maker always stocked with ice. It was one of those open 'scoop' ice makers that always make me a little nervous, but I trusted it and everything was quite fine. They also have filtered water in the room and in the lobby so I was NEVER without my ice water. It seems silly but was very important to me. The food was good/ok. Italian night was very good. I would recommend the pizza for sure. They held our luggage for us. The only thing I wish they had was discounted gold carts or transportation options. Other than that, I would highly recommend staying here."

"Overall an excellent stay! I will be returning. The only issue I had was service for from the airport to the ferry. My guest arrived early prior to the entire group. They shuttle to the ferry and charged me an extra fee. My guest wasn’t aware that they would be charged. It wasn’t brought to our attention until after we left the hotel. Other than that I love the hotel and staff. "

"The property was beautiful and immaculately cared for, the service impeccable. We felt like absolute VIPs. Transportation was coordinated from the airport so that we were picked up and greeted with drinks. We stayed in a roomy 2-bedroom condo that looked out on the pool and you could walk right out to the beach. Kitchen was fully stocked. Laundry service free!?! We booked trips and rented golf carts with the concierge. Sister property had an awesome gym. Can’t say enough about the staff and property. 10/10 would recommend. "

"Staff both at the restaurant and hotel were all super nice. Front desk helped us book a golf cart for a day and a taxi to the water taxi. I wanted to stay close to the restaurants and shops and this was the best place. Bodega and gold rental next door. Elvi's (our absolute favorite), Caraba an lots of other popular restaurants are easy walking distance. Water taxi to secrets was a 10 minute walk. Carribbean Breeze tour right in the back yard was very convenient for snorkeling trip. Security at night is nice too. I would definitely stay here again. "
