"Great location, really convenient place to stay for visiting friends and being out in the city. Would stay again. Nice and clean room and well stocked. A bit of noise in the surrounding streets at night midweek but nothing much and the staircase is a bit of a hike and narrow up to the top floor but its fine."

"Stayed for a wedding and since it was on a Friday night it was double the price of the night before. Seems extreme! Village is very picturesque. My room was in a building separate to the pub which was possibly quieter. It’s all old so sound proofing isn’t a thing. My double bed was very comfortable but the room was quite small. "More shabby than chic, I nevertheless soon became quite enamoured of my humble little room on the first floor. These prices were often a third of the travelodge. Is Schmotel three times worse than travelodge? No it’s a different thing. I was therefore pleased that there were no ghosts or Frankensteins and no poo on the wall or ceiling, and nobody with loud and evil intent anywhere in the seven blessed rooms. "

"Small guest house very pleasant, helpful welcoming staff. The bed was lovely and clean with soft comfy pillows 3 each. Bed was soft. The room was perfect temperature & we slept well, felt safe and secure. It was so quiet. The bathroom is tiny but we coped fine it was only one night and we had plenty of nice towels. Kettle so we could have a cuppa. Just a stones throw from the beach. "

"We were at Q Square for four nights and really made ourselves at home. The studio room was sunny and pleasant and there was enough room for the two of us. It had a well equipped kitchen area, a great bathroom and a very comfortable bed. The washing machine was a real bonus. While we were there it was quiet and the rooms are sound proofed.
