"It is a guesthouse so facilities will be shared with others staying at the location. Not the fanciest of places but it’s cheap and the area is fairly convenient to Paris center about 25 minutes. The host was very kind and helpful with anything you needed. You will need to go through a couple of steps though prior to arriving which includes downloading apps onto your phone."

"Extremely quiet area, very comfortable bed. The bathroom door is made of glass with no privacy which is a little weird, a small curtain would be an easy adition.Bread and viennoiserie for breakfast seemed day old, but having a kitchen with a microwave and toaster helped. The owners had shared they wouldn't be available in the morning for personal reasons it was nice to be able to make more coffee ourselves."

"This is definitely the best bed and breakfast experience I have had throughout my decades of travel. In fact, the continental breakfast is far better than any of the 5-star hotels I have stayed in all over Europe. The room is as good as any 4-star hotels. It is an ideal getaway for anybody who needs to find refuge after an extended stay in Paris. The owner-operator will ensure that you get a well-earned rest."

"I had the pleasure of staying at Villa des Iris at the beginning of December. For the first time after several months of traveling, I unfortunately, made a mistake in my dates and arrived unannounced and unexpected. That said, Jack and his wife were so welcoming and kind and accommodated me for 2 (vs the originally booked 1 night). I was the only one staying in the villa, but I had a very cozy and wonderful stay while I visited Bervais and Amiens."

"Ein schöner Pferdehof auf dem Land, der schöne Zimmer hat. Die Zimmer sind groß und schön eingerichtet. Man sieht, dass noch gebaut wird, aber das ist grundsätzlich kein Problem. Problemlos haben wir einen Code und die Informationen zum Zimmer gefunden. Das W- Lan funktioniert nur an einigen Stellen im Zimmer. Sanitäre Anlagen etc. sind super. Frühstück gab es leider keines. "We stayed for only a night. Our spacious room was modern with a well appointed bathroom. Our host was right there when needed. The breakfast was ample with quality regional products. The manor house is set in a large parkland which is essentially a game preserve for large and small game alike. The owner is guide and supervises shooting parties for groups and other group functions. The main house is tastefully decorated with hunting lodge decor. I would certainly stay there again."

"It was a lovely hotel, very quite. Only good with car access. Pontoise train station 10min away by car, where you can train to Paris. C is direct to eiffel Tower but it stope at every Bush takes an hour, but its nice. "
