"Location is outstanding. Communication with host was terrible, never answered texts & slow with emails. Property was not fully cleaned upon arrival and host acted like it was normal. No trash bags or paper towels were on site. Host asked us to clean the property when we left. The incredible location was overshadowed by the lack of support from the host. Having traveled to over 10 foreign countries and over 1,000,000 airline miles I’m well traveled and was treated with total disrespect. This...

"The property was very clean and in a lovely location- just a walk into the town of Amboise. The property was well equipped with towels, cleaning supplies etc. We also enjoyed the pool.However access was a bit of an issue as the host did not respond to my messages regarding the entrance of the gîte. This was quite stressful as we were unsure as to which property was the correct one. However after we worked this out, the stay was very pleasant and we had a lovely holiday!"

"There were 7 of us staying for a week. We were made very welcome and then left to enjoy ourselves. The apartment is very well equipped with lots of glasses, cutlery etc. There is plenty of room inside and outside. We did not use the pool but it looks very good. We cycled through some lovely countryside and managed some wine tasting as well as chateau visits. A great place to stay. "
