"My friend and I stayed here during a trip to climb Mount Toubkal and it couldn't have been better. From the moment we arrived to departure we were treated exceptionally well by all the staff at the hotel who were friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful in every way. "We loved the idea of staying in the mountains however, the property did not mention vital information like; there is no transport facilities at all, you have to hire a taxi through their tour company which charges 80€ each way to airport/Marrakesh. Also, we were told by Expedia that we’d have shared bathroom with another room however, there is 3 other rooms and whilst we were there, there was at least another 6 guests. "This magnificent Kasbah is located in a majestic botanical garden approximately 45 minutes from Marakesh. Our dinner and breakfast entrees were prepared from fresh ingredients in the garden and our room was clean and spacious. The staff was exemplary and the outdoor pool and patios were an oasis of peace and tranquility from the busy streets of Marakesh. We awoke to the sounds of birds chirping in the garden and had our breakfast served on a tiled patio that overlooked the pool and gardens. Iron artwork and lanterns accent this beautiful Medina. We would highly recommend staying at this Kasbah if you enjoy relaxation and respite. "

"We stayed at The Source for 2 nights in April 2025. We are a family of 6 and booked 3 twin rooms. The first thing to say about the hotel, is that it is obviously owned by someone, or by a group of people, who know what quality looks like. The hotel looks exactly like the photos, It is a boutique hotel with some fantastic touches and facilities. The buildings, the pool, the Spa, and the gardens, are all fantastic. Tasteful, well designed, and incredibly well maintained. However, in stark contrast to the appearance, the management of this hotel is very very poor. I would summarise it by saying that the guest services team is a. absent, b. takes no ownership for the client experience, and c. lacks any empathy for what a client may expect when booking and staying in a property like this one. As soon as we checked in, there were clues all around that the management was not engaged in the client experience. We saw guests being poorly served and becoming frustrated, numerous gaps in the organisation, some of which were explained away by the fact that the hotel 'had just hosted a wedding', and an on-site team that looked tired and disinterested. The biggest challenge with our own stay, was the checkout. We were leaving early for a 10.50am flight, and discussed the arrangements with the reception the day before. We agreed that we would order a taxi at 8am, for an 8.30am collection. Sounds easy? You would think so, but for some reason the reception failed to mention that they woul"

"Our favorite stay yet! We had the most incredible stay at the Cle Del Sol. The entire staff was so friendly and helpful and made us very comfortable. Rooms were excellent and always clean, food was excellent and very authentic (also great portions). It was a quick taxi to the local gardens. We cannot wait to return to this absolute gem of an oasis. "
