In the heart of Bocca di Magra in Liguria and Tuscany

The apartment is part of a beautiful villa located in the center of Bocca di Magra.
Within 200 meters you can 'find it all: excellent restaurants, bars, and a lovely little beach, bus station, the landing stage for the beautiful beach of Punta Corvo and the many hiking trails in the hills with breathtaking views.
The property has sea views, the river and the Apuan Alps. E 'consists of two bedrooms: a large double and a small one with a single bed. Then a large living room with kitchenette, dining area and sofa bed, a square and a half. There is a beautiful terrace where you can admire a unique view of the world between sea, mountains and river.
For those who decide to rent it is including parking in the property for a single machine.
The house has ADSL access, dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning and flat-screen TVs. All included in the price.
They do not provide sheets and towels. No animals.
From Bocca di Magra it is easy to reach places such as the Cinque Terre, Versilia and cities like Lucca, Pisa, Florence, Parma and Genoa.

Posto bello e tranquillo

Il posto è proprio per che vuole vacanze in famiglia al calma. L'appartamento è proprio pulito, ben arredato, c'èra tutto quello che abbiamo avuto bisogna. La discrizione e le fotò sono autentiche, il propietario è stato onesto. Pecato che non ho potuto rimanere più tempo. Sperò tornare a Bocca di Magra. Halima & Family.

un bel soggiorno, con qualche riserva

La proprietà è situata nel cuore di Bocca di Magra. Conosciamo bene la zona, sono anni che affittiamo case nei pressi di Bocca di Magra. Ottima posizione centrale e inquilini simpatici. Ottimo il lavastoviglie, piuttosto recente. Vetusta e poco efficace la lavatrice. Mancano molte stovilglie (solo un set di 6 forchette, 6 coltelli ecc. per una famiglia di 5, il che significa che dobbiamo lavarle se pranziamo e ceniamo lo stesso giorno nell'appartamento). Poche le ciotole (non parlo delle tazze per il caffè, abbondanti). Complessivamente l'appartamento è un po' caro se consideriamo che è piuttosto vetusto: la doccia funziona male, c'è pochissima pressione ed è molto complicato regolare l'acqua calda e fredda. L'aria condizionata funziona abbastanza bene ma non si può regolare la potenza della ventilazione, forte e piuttosto rumorosa. Di notte ci sono inoltre forti rumori di ventilazione di altri inquilini nella stanza principale (matrimoniale). Il ventilatore (vintage e rumoroso) della seconda camera funziona alcuni giorni, altri no... Complessivamente è stato un bel soggiorno ma il rapporto qualità-prezzo non è certo il massimo con questi livelli di prezzo. Siamo coscienti comunque che gli appartamenti a Bocca di Magra sono molto rari... E quindi ci si deve adeguare e rinunciare al massimo comfort

Für sich und doch mittendrin. Wunderschön

Schattige Dachgeschosswohnung, geräumig, kühl durch angenehme Klimaanlagen, schöner kleiner Balkon fürs abendliche Glas Wein mit traumhaftem Blick auf Meer und Berge. Kleiner Strand mit Sand und etwas steiniger kostenfrei. Sehr nette Vermieter

Sehr entspannte Ferien

Nach entsprechender Recherche entsprach das Urlaubsdomizil genau dem, was wir erwarteten. Die Unterkunft war genau, wie beschrieben. Die Besitzerin war sehr nett. Gefallen hat es uns in jedem Falle und kommen gerne wieder!
