Supert, men med forbedrinspotensiale

Viktig å bestille bord på resturant hvis mann kommer litt utpå dagen, ellers får du ikke mat. Det er ikke menyer på engelsk og alle snakker kun italiensk! Vi skulle på andre siden av bukta og spise, ca 15 min kjøretur, betalte 1200 kr tur/retur for hotellets bil. Dette gikk vi ingen kvittetimg på selvom vi spurte... Knall fint hotell, men ikke ta i mot råd fra de som jobber der!

Comment cet hôtel peut il avoir des avis positifs ! chambre Luxe 3 personnes insalubre, douche bouchée avec des refoulements insupportables, chambre inondée lors d'une pluie par des fenêtres vétustes, aucun personnel de présent, couette et oreillers tachés avec des cheveux et poils, terrasse de l'hotel avec des squatteurs la nuit qui vous empêchent de dormir. Impossible d'obtenir une facture et l'établissement nous a fait payer 3 taxes de séjours alors que notre fille est mineure (11 ans) nous avons ouvert un litige judiciaire via American Express. La propriétaire ne répond à aucun message sur whatsapp. EVITEZ ABOSLUMENT CET ETABLISSEMENT

Lastimável!!!

Muito ruim, o quarto muito pequeno, o banheiro lastimável, o box imoral, pequeníssimo (60x60) precisa tomar banho de porta aberta, daí molha tudo, num tapete de borracha nojento, nem se me pagassem voltaria A região até q não é tão ruim, mas com certeza, melhor teria sido ficar em Spezia

Concierge very helpful when we arrive breakfast very good 😊 hotel location es close to restaurants and nice view from the marina. The only think was the mattress bed very hard uncomfortable 😣 I didn’t sleep well for 2 nights then decide to check out and go to Lago Maggiore other then that very nice staff they made have to change the mattresses if then want to get more business.

très bien accueillie par la petite mamie très aimable et très serviable juste, vérifiez bien vos additions.... erreur sur chacune d'elle mais la mamie nous a "gratté" 8 € de taxe de séjour en cash...... au lieu de 4....sinon bel emplacement et bon restaurant, chambre confortable et très bon rapport qualité prix

Ho soggiornato due notti in questo hotel con sola colazione inclusa. Le camere basic sono piccole, con bagno non ristrutturato e piccolo, la prima sera l’acqua era fredda. La finestra affaccia sul tetto con la ventola dell’impianto di climatizzazione. La colazione prevede servizio al tavolo con brioches calde e vuote, da riempire con le marmellate confezionate che portano, un bicchiere di succo all’arancia, caffè, pane e frutta. Non c’è la possibilità di scelta perché viene servito tutto al tavolo, però si può chiedere altri alimenti se disponibili. Non hanno un parcheggio riservato, ci sono pochi parcheggi pubblici e inoltre la strada dell’hotel è stretta con passaggio di molte macchine. Nonostante ciò se c’è spazio si può lasciare la macchina davanti all’hotel. Molto vicino alla spiaggia, bella location Personale molto gentile e disponibile, accoglienti. Il ristorante Al Rezzaglio è molto buono.

Verblijf was erg goed , mooie hotel bij 50m van de zee , en 300m van strand schoon , vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt is geen buffet maar wel goed .

Dommage trop de bruit le matin à 08.00 les cloches très fortes de l eglise avec une musique de cloche 07.00 poubelles tous les jours il faut pas avoir le sommeil léger .
