We had an issue with accessing the code to our room and staff was on site within 5 minutes of us contacting them to fix the issue. Our room was very plain and simple, but clean and looked as though it was recently renovated. Location was not bad if you’re willing to walk a few minutes. "For context, we stayed at this hotel as part of our honeymoon in Portugal. The positives are obvious when you look at pictures of the property. There is a stellar beach with a private area within a 2-minute walk from the hotel, the property's design is very nice, and the Algarve is beautiful no matter where you go.
