"it took over a half hour to check in. there was a conflict on reservation location.. when the location was finally settled out the group i was with were put in a room with one bed in it. there were 3 of us. when i complained about the lack of beds they brought a bunch of blanquets to use as a matress,, what a joke,me and the people i was with were very disapointed. my group ended up splitting up after this..those were not out plans our trip was ruined. shower curtains were old and have mold on...

"They charge 2,000 yen ($12/day pp) to use the pool per day per person. i’ve never heard of a Hotel doing this. The listing shows the pool was included so they refunded my charge. Other than that, we really loved the rooms and really loved our stay here. It’s a perfect location for American Village."

"Amazing harbor views from the room, impressive indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and a panoramic sunset view from the 13th-floor bar featuring delicious Caprese salad, sandwich, Okinawan sausage, and a good drinks selection including local Awamori. Even the tantamen (spicy noodles) from the Chinese restaurant (13th floor) was flavorful. The breakfast (Paseo Garden) and lunch (Annon) buffets were excellent, and the staff were very helpful. The hotel is next to a stadium and Ginowan Seaside...
