"Expedia confirmed our booking. When we arrived the hotel was closed and when we called someone picked up and hung up on us. Be mindful that the last 15 km are on a dangerous mountain road without guardrail and any ability to pass any other car most of the time. Safe yourself a headache and skip this horrible experience."

"This is a great hotel in a beautiful location. The apartment was big and well equipped. The receptionist and the manager were friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We had a problem with train reservations. They helped and did not give up until it was sorted."

"Nous avions réservé pour une semaine mais ne sommes finalement pas restés car le soir même une urgence familiale nous a contraint à rentrer chez nous sans attendre. Nous avons néanmoins fait la connaissance du propriétaire et visiter rapidement la location. Location qui était propre mais sans fenêtre ou presque et qui puait le renfermé, caché par une grossière odeur de vanille. Les extérieurs ne sont pas entretenus, la piscine était sale à notre arrivée, elle n’avait pas été nettoyée. Les abords...
