"The property is good Ruined our overall experience, the hospitality and service were extremely disappointing and fell far below what I would expect from a property of this standard It started with the key card not working for a room, and even after notifying the front desk we had to wait outside for ~30 minutes with kids. "Chegamos no hotel, e tivemos a surpresa de que o mesmo nao tinha um quarto para a duracao de nossa reserva, apos uma longa discussão com o hotel acabamos reservando o JW marriot ao lado por 4x o preco que estavamos pagando e exigimos uma noite gratuita no dia da chegada, os mesmos nos informaram que podiamos comer por cortesia no hotel como nao haviam taxis ou carros na propriedade para nos levar a nenhum restaurante. No dia seguinte nos cobraram a refeição (terrivel). "
