"Room wasn’t ready . Only 3 towels in room the manager did try to accommodate us .conditioner was almost empty .the breakfast was great but the staff behind counter female cooking was rude . Starbucks Expressing machine was down . Great location "

"Hair was in the bed and in the bathroom. Construction was happening on the same floor so it was extremely nosey "

"Overall very nice. With a kitchenette, there was nothing in silverware, plates, napkins, tissue, paper towels or anything like that. Maybe that is unreasonable to expect there would be anything other than clean bare cupboard and mini fridge. It also had a comically tiny “dining table” (I am assuming that’s what it was?). Maybe 2 feet long and a foot wide?"

"This is a bit of a hidden gem. While the property is quite dated, it offered a clean and quiet place. Our accommodations met our expectations."

"Nice hotel, but checking was at 3pm didn’t get our room till 5pm and the said they would comp the valet parking for the inconvenience but they didn’t not and just ended up charging us for it. Thanks Hyatt!"

"The walls were paper thin and I could hear people talking and dogs whining all night. Also, the shower head leaked onto the ceiling."
