The Space:

✔ With its 3 bedrooms, including a cozy basement bedroom with a double bed, you’ll find the perfect space for family or friends. On the main floor, the master bedroom welcomes you with a comfortable king-size bed and a TV for your relaxation. The second bedroom features a queen bed and a desk, offering stunning lake views—ideal for working or unwinding while enjoying nature.



✔ You’ll appreciate the full bathroom, the bright dining area with spectacular lake views, as well as the cozy living room and fully equipped kitchen to prepare delicious meals. Air conditioning ensures your comfort on warm days.



✔ The large wrap-around balcony is a true highlight: its covered areas allow you to enjoy the outdoors in any season, even in the rain, with a BBQ available for enjoyable outdoor meals.



✔ Outside, enjoy the fire pit for warm evenings, the private dock to relax by the water, and hop on our pedal boat or two paddleboards to explore the lake. For even more adventure, the beautiful Brébeuf Beach on the Rouge River is also nearby!

Guest Access:

Guests have full private access to the entire chalet, including all bedrooms, living areas, kitchen, bathroom, and common spaces.



Outdoor areas are also fully accessible, including the terrace, BBQ area (in season), fire pit, private dock, paddleboards, and pedal boat.



Self check-in is available for a smooth and flexible arrival. Free on-site parking is provided for guests.



The Neighborhood:

Lazy Lake is located in a peaceful natural setting in Amherst, surrounded by forest and a private lake environment. It is ideal for guests looking for calm, privacy, and a full nature escape experience.



The chalet offers a quiet retreat atmosphere, with very little traffic and noise, perfect for relaxation, lake activities, and outdoor living.



Despite its secluded feel, the property is about 25 minutes from Mont-Tremblant, where you’ll find ski slopes, restaurants, shops, and year-round activities. Nearby hiking trails, beaches, and scenic spots also offer plenty of outdoor adventures.



Getting Around:

A car is essential to access and fully enjoy the chalet, as it is located in a quiet, forested area with a private road. Free parking is available on-site for guests.



The last section of the road is a private gravel path (approximately 800 m), so a vehicle in good condition is recommended, especially in winter.



In winter, winter tires are strongly recommended due to snow and icy conditions.



Most nearby attractions, including Mont-Tremblant, restaurants, ski slopes, hiking trails, and local shops, are about 20–30 minutes away by car.



Other Things to Note:

*** BBQ and propane are not provided from October 15th to May 15th

*** There is about 800m of private gravel road before getting to the cottage, winter tires in great condition are recommended to access easily to the cottage during winter season.
