"The pre-check in was great. My room was ready, but it's in need of a really good cleaning (cobwebs in the corner, and the shower grout is in a sad looking state). The bed was very comfortable though."

Staff ALL so friendly with smiles from Front desk staff, to housekeeping, to the little gal that prepared breakfast. Breakfast was great, even tho I arrived a little late.
