"We were the commercial- 4 friends needed a place to stay before a retreat in Hancock , NH. This spacious, immaculately clean 4 bedroom, 2 bath (actually 2apartments) was just what we needed! Comfortable couches and beds, beautiful appliances, and a before bed hot tub! It was perfect for our needs. Host was immediately available for a minor issue. Appreciated the great renovation of this old farmhouse and the labelling of all drawers and light switches."

"The house owner was very communicative, and helped me check in early. It is a large, beautiful home with lots of bells and whistles. There is a great TV and kitchen on the main floor, with another of each in the lower level. Room for plenty of people, clean well equipped bathrooms and a nice yard with outside seating. "We used this house as a base for a for a week long Mother-Daughter-Granddaughter get together. The large kitchen (actually 2 of them) and gathering rooms were perfect for entertaining as well as the huge deck. We had a cook-out one day and had around 22 people popping in and out. "We had a wonderful stay for three nights as we were celebrating our daughter’s graduation in the area. The cabin is pristine, adorable, and well equipped with everything you need and so many fun things to do! We used the floating dock and did some fishing…played scrabble and darts and loved sitting on the deck and using the gas fire pit. Something for everyone! The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Trevor was extremely responsive to all of my questions. Highly recommend!"

"The house was great, communication was fine, and the location worked well for us. Only issue was the third "bedroom" was a room without its own entry with a small couch that pulled out into foam pieces that made a small bed and that were very hard and uncomfortable.
