"We arrived at the Super 8 Amherst with a positive first impression. Sadly, our stay was overshadowed by not being able to use the pool area. There were far too many kids, left unattended and running wild creating a loud and completely horrible pool setting. My kids were really looking forward to using the slide and were bullied and physically pushed out of the way from the large group of kids (my daughter is 14, not a tiny little kid easy to shove around.
