"We had good communication with the owner. He was very responsive. It is a nice place that really does look like the pictures, but it is in the middle of a new development under construction with the accompanying noise and unsightly appearance outside that you might expect. Also, the acoustics separating the downstairs neighbours were very poor and we could clearly to hear them and their crying baby when we used the main floor (kitchen, living room) area."

"To get from the driveway to the side entrance into the apartment is unsafe. There is a steep step going down from the driveway and there are no stepping stones. The apartment is lovely and we enjoyed our stay."

"Many positive aspects Bed was very comfortable right size for us nice to have 2 bathrooms.Negatives wasn’t the cleanest place walls were all marked up mirror in living area was really dirty we had to clean the fridge before putting our food in. Neighbours parked on the grass in front of the place and blocked half the driveway.The listing says they provided a coffee grinder but no coffee machine was provided really?With some attention to detail it could be a nice place to stay but needs work "
