"We arrived and had a clean basic room. The hotel itself had a strange smell in the common areas but not in our room. The staff were helpful but no smiles or enthusiasm. We didn’t sleep well as the air conditioner in our room made a loud sound when it ran the pump, so we were woken by that regularly ..."
