"Great location in terms of transport to and from the park and secluded from busy areas. Staff are great. The shuttle bus service is very good and buffet breakfast much needed for the busy days ahead. Rooms are nice and tidy with the bathrooms starting to show their age but completely usable and clean. "

"Really clean, very close to Disney, super (free) convenient shuttle. Nice restaurant with good breakfast and adequate bar. Downsides: *restaurant charged for chimichurri sauce even though the menu item was tacos (very strange) *always busy at the front desk, even though they have many people and stations, always seems like only one can answer at a time. *the music selection at the bar was Nicki Manj, unedited (full of explicit lyrics) also piped into the lobby area for a hotel where there are children of varying ages. *barkeep came to settle the tab, saying it makes it easier to close up at 11pm -- when it was 9:30pm *we had two 'welcome' drinks included in our stay; they turned out to be flavored water made by a robo bartender (which we had to ask about on the second day, as they forgot to give it to us on the first). All in all, nice property, nice people. Could use a bit more tightening up."

"Nice hotel. Some shops nearby. Great restaurant called something like LaRotisille. Not within walking distance to Disneyland unless you are willing to walk 5-6k. Parking is super tight but at least there is parking. "

"The hotel was fantastic with its western theme, the staff are really friendly. there was some dust in places and a cobweb on the wall but did not bother me enough as i enjoyed rvery moment "

"The hotel was nice, room was clean and beds were comfy. Staff were all so friendly. The food was okay wish they had more vegetarian options. If you want to visit Disney this hotel is close by but if you want to watch the lights display in the evening I would suggest not staying here as there is only one shuttle that comes and is for all four hotels close by and very hard to get on in the evening. "

"Everything from the greeting to the room was fabulous. We arrived at 7:45am. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was ready at 2pm instead of 3pm and we were told about all the benefits to staying at the hotel. I am still shocked at how easy it is to book at princess meet and greet! The beds are so comfy, waterfall shower…amazing and the hidden details in the decoration are truly special. The little bedtime tea and story is a sweet touch. I love that there is a fridge and free water/soft drinks. The tv mirror is pretty amazing and you can log int your Disney+ account or create an account and use the service on the DLH so Disney movies in your room is accessible 10/10 stay. Plus I love how close it is to get to your room from the park after the fireworks. "
