The service is excellent and everyone cannot do enough to make your stay comfortable including Sami in the morning doing artwork in the cappuccino foam. We have rarely made a request even at the last minute that they could not accommodate. I would urge anyone coming to Jerusalem for the first or 20th time to stay here."
