"The property was as described and easy to get to. Not too far from Central street and all the restaurants and shopping. Nice quite neighborhood. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed to make a couple of meals. The owners were responsive to messages and texts. We would stay here again."

"This was a perfect location for 4 girlfriends getting together for the weekend! Our first day was rainy and the house was comfortable for us to hunker down wait out the storm. Nice dining table for game playing! Host was very accessible and responsive. "We stayed in the bottom unit which is the whole bottom floor. You can hear EVERYTHING upstairs.. talking, walking or stomping and everytime the toilet is flushed. However, the beds were comfortable and the view is amazing. Before other guests upstairs arrived, it was very quiet and peaceful. The parking is confusing when all units have someone staying in them. "I scheduled this visit to attend the Hot Springs Spyder Rally but, I wanted the quiet a house would provide over a hotel. This place is just that. It is conveniently located near everything I needed yet gave me the quiet and privacy I prefer. I was hoping for a better view of the lake from the house but that is the only thing that wasn’t perfect for me."

"What a beautiful property. Everything we needed was provided. The house was clean, well maintained and cozy. The ONLY downside was there was no access to the deck from the house. The beautiful two level deck is attached to the house next door. We did have access to it but you have to go out the front door and around the house to use it. Small disappointment but not a deal breaker. The owner met all our needs and responded in a very timely manner."

"My father and our pups were visiting Murfreesboro for a weekend. The Little Branch House was nestled in a quiet neighborhood close to local restaurants, convenient stores, and attractions. The house itself is beautifully decorated, spacious, and has all the comforts of home. If you have the opportunity, this is a must stay."

"The property was great as far as location. The property has been well maintained. Very quaint and cozy feeling. Only issue is that we were black attire for work and someone had stayed with an animal in the house and we all had white hair on our clothing. Otherwise a great property for family fun and fishing."
