Helt okey om man inte har stora krav
Hotellet är ett 2 stjärnigt hotell. Personalen är trevlig och det finns en stor supermarknad utanför. Det är dock långt till Downtown och sevärdheterna. Frukosten är okey, inget mer. Det var kallt på rummet men Amman är kallt i december.

Friendly, clean, quiet and comfortable
very kind and friendly staff willing to help. clean and quiet hotel - best of this price range I ever stayed in Amman. Excellent breakfast, very clean rooms and quiet to sleep.

The worst hotel experience ever
this is by far the worst hotel I've ever booked. first of all when I arrived the room didn't look like the pictures, AT ALL!!! when I told them so they just said : Yes but the room never looks like in the pictures. Ok I said and started to unpack. The safe depositbox didn't work either so I called the Frontdesk and their answer was: Well try some more and then we can MAYBE call see if someone able to fix it is in! Bed was hard as stone and dirty, tv had a really bad signal...The toilet wouldn't flush ( only the first time, then I had to fill it up with water myself ) and the aircondition stoped/was turned off during the night? making it extremly hard to sleep. The only thing nearby was a Supermarket and I KFF resturant. After the toilet incident I didn't even bother complaining to the frontdesk as I was staying one night only. when I was about to check out the electricity went off so I couldn't pay with Card. I would not stay hear ONE night again even if they paied me for it!
