Very nice stay

It was a pleasure staying there for a couple of days business trip. I always stay in Ibis when I visit Amman. Mr. Baha is always professional, smiling and caring at the front desk. Will go back soon to visit again and again

It's an okay/good hotel to stay in at a moderate budget. The staff is actually friendly, but the breakfast options could be improved and so items could be sacrificed in favor of introducing others.

My stay at the hotel was a very bad experience because of the following: A damp odor filled the place. The room was cold and the air conditioner was broken. The room needs a full repaint. One of the electrical outlets was melted. The shower in the bathroom was broken. I do not recommend staying at this hotel at all.
