It's a small city hotel and is right opposite Hilton Amman if you struggle to find the location. There's no eating facilities in the hotel but there are many restaurants, takeaways and small local supermarkets in the neighbourhood so you'll have no problem for food and drink. Cash points are nearby. Abdali Boulevard and Mall are also in a short walking distance.
The rooms are clean & quite large with air-con, mini fridge, UK and EU sockets, basic amenities and a free large bottle of water :)
On my arrival I had a trouble since my suitcase didn't arrive at Amman airport. It delayed my airport pickup time a lot but the hotel receptionist Mervat made sure that everything was fine and the taxi driver would be waiting for me as long as it took (obviously I paid the extra for that). She was really responsive and helpful throughout.
The evening receptionist Jamal was also friendly and very kind, without his help I wouldn't have been able to find a place to do the last-minute emergency shopping to get all necessary items for my missing belongings.
It's a perfect little hotel with lovely hotel staff. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Amman :)
