Pleasant Stay with a Few Caveats I recently had the opportunity to stay at this hotel, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. Here's a breakdown of my thoughts: **Renovated Cleanliness:** The hotel's recent renovations have clearly paid off; everything was fresh and clean. **Room Size:** The room size was good, offering ample space to move around comfortably. **Bed Size Concern:** However, I must point out that the bed size was a significant issue. I'm 6 feet tall, and my feet were left hanging in the air due to the bed's small size. (See photo for reference.) **Bathroom Cleanliness:** The toilet and bathroom were both clean, which is always a big plus. **Tiny Shower:** The shower room was exceptionally small, and if you're on the larger side, it might be a tight fit even entering through the glass door. (See photo for reference.) **Breakfast Experience:** The breakfast was decent, although not exactly what I expected in an Arab country. A word of advice: avoid the bread, as it seemed quite old. **Friendly Staff:** The staff was a highlight of the stay - very friendly and always ready to assist. **Noise from Road:** If you're a light sleeper, avoid rooms facing the road, as the noise from passing cars can be disruptive. **Ideal Location:** On a positive note, the hotel's location is perfect, offering easy access to nearby attractions. **Parking Convenience:** Another advantage is the availability of parking, which is definitely a plus.

The worst property I have ever rented. I was traveling with my wife, we got the shock of our lives when we entered room allotted to us. The bed linen was dirty with hair from the previous guest all over. However, the biggest horror still awaited us when we discovered faeces (human waste) in the toilet. Called the reception & told them abt the stuff. They sent a staff to change the linen. However, even after repeated requests, no one turned up to clean the toilet. The staff at the front desk is rude, they hardly know any English. I would request the civic authorities in Amman to take note of this experience & shut down this horrible hotel. Put a lock on their premises & never allow them to operate again.

It's a good hotel for the price point. It's a in a good location, close to everything, and ideal if you're heading to Petra, Jerash, or other places. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. They were kind enough to prepare a go-box early in the morning the day I was heading to Petra. It's a relatively clean hotel with a basic breakfast, not much of a variety but all the basics are there. The only downside is that I got a room on the side of the main street, which was very noisy. I had little to no sleep the first night, and I believe the only reason I slept the second night is due to exhaustion. All in all, it's a good hotel to choose if you don't need more than the basics.

It is not worth the money with unpleasant rooms

the staff at the front desk were friendly, hospitable and try their best to accommodate the guests but the condition of the room was bad and it makes the guest uncomfortable. The room was dirty and the towels were discolored from excessive use. Cigarette burn holes on the chairs. Although it is a three star hotel but it is not worth the money.

Hotel is quite new, the rooms are in great condition. The whole hotel was very clean. The breakfast was great. But, beyond everything, the staff was great. Nice, clean hotel. It was a nice and funny touch having bath towels shaped as swans on the bed. Not walking distance to the city center, but a short and cheap taxi ride away. Large breakfast buffet was included.

Some staff at the desk really need to take customers service courses. No word at the reception, seems boredom to answer questions ... it's unpleasant! That said the hotel itself is ok, clean and quite comfortable. But when you arrive in a new city, you hope to at least get a smile from people at your hotel. Just because of that, the experience was bad. The rest of the staff is nice, it’s just those at the desk.
