Nice Hotel!

This is truly a five star hotel with all of the amenities and service one needs for a comfortable stay everyone on the staff, from the front desk to the room attendance to the servers. We’re all very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, and the bed was quite comfortable.

It was a good stay and the facility is great and the staff was unbelievably wonderful especially the concierge guys and the front desk staff especially Abu Tala. But in room the air conditioning location was not good at all that was in front of the bed which keep blowing the air in a hard way even if you lower it unless you turned it off which will make the room hot

Totally hassle-free, especially for early departures. • Club Access is Worth It: Get the room with Club Lounge access — unlimited drinks, snacks, and food throughout the day. It really upgrades the whole experience. • Breakfast at 5 AM: They start serving breakfast as early as 5:00 AM, which is perfect if you’re catching an early flight. Top-notch quality and service!

Newly renovated and tastefully decorated room with very comfy bed and powerful rain shower! Loved the complimentary toiletries. All staff were very courteous and eager to please you! Booked with half board - the iftar buffet dinner was abundance and tasty. The desserts were to die for - very pretty to look at and equally very tasty to eat! Breakfast was set-menu rather than buffet style - this could be due to Ramadan! Despite being a set menu, the quality of breakfast was never compromised.

The staff were fantastic. They took care of everything I needed and ensured that my stay were enjoyable and fully comfortable. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The room was brand new. The attention to detail at every point from the treats left in the room, frequently asking if I needed anything to the generous "late check-out" made the stay special. A VERY SPECIAL THANK YOU for Bayan, Dorra, Alaa, Olaia and Yazeed for their hospitality, positive attitude and big smiles :) Certainly will stay there again next time I am in Amman.

Today I was at the swimming pool and I wanted to use the restroom so they guided me to the bathroom near the spa. I went and I used the bathroom and I reached to both soap dispensers and they were both empty so I had to ask for soap from the staff. It might not be a big deal for anyone but to experience this in two different bathrooms and a hotel like this maybe wonder if the cleaning staff are paying attention to the soap dispensers. One more thing that was critical for hygiene, is that when I asked the room service for clean cups, he went to the bathroom and cleaned them in the bathroom sink. When I asked him how did you clean it, he showed me a bathroom sanitizer. When I asked him about what sponge, he pulled a sponge that looked so dirty. I asked him to bring new cups.

Das Zimmer Das von mir gebuchte Zimmer war auch gegen 15.00 Uhr nicht verfügbar. Mann wollte mir zu Extra Gebühren ein Zimmer mit Einzelbett geben. Das Zimmer, das ich bekommen haben war so eng mit zwei Einzubetten . Eine ziemliche Einengung.

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel

Très bel hôtel et personnel très accueillant. Les chambres sont bien décorées et lits confortables. Les produits de douche à disposition sont qualitatifs. L'ensemble de l'hôtel est très spacieux. Néanmoins, L'accueil pourrait être encore amélioré en ayant un stand d'eau fraîche, boissons café, fruits, petits gâteaux de bienvenue ! Surtout pour les gens qui font un très long voyage avant d'arriver, cela est plus agréable de faire les formalités d'enregistrement et paiement en étant assis et se rafraîchissant plutôt que debout à un comptoir sans même un verre d'eau.
