The hotel is clean and well-maintained with a great breakfast variety, and most staff are welcoming. However, I encountered an issue at check-in: although I booked and paid for a room for three adults via Expedia, the receptionist insisted on an additional 20 JD per night for a third bed. She confirmed the booking was for three guests but claimed the extra bed was not included. To avoid a confrontation while tired from travel, I paid the fee, though this policy is unreasonable.

Everything was good and nice to stay, the only thing is the security n the main door was over acting and searching I under stand about our and others safety but you don’t touch the body with your pier hands you don’t look over our personal things every time we come back to our room for over 7-9 seconds ( it’s only couple drinks and couple of snacks). Imagine that happened for 19 days of our stay. I went to lots of different hotels in Amman they have the security but you go through the machine and that’s it.

I think the price is a little over for what the hotel is offering, whether it is the services or cleanliness of the rooms. I booked the wedding hall in addition to the room. The wedding planner was MIA. Never answered or returned any of my calls. Also theu changed the dance floor color and put one which we never asked for. The spa dude was rude as well. I told him that I have two nights reservation, a wedding hall and I got one room for my brother. when i asked about the 20% discount on spa for guests, he told me that i should come the day I check in. Just because we came a day before for the spa, and I already paid the hotel around 11000 dollars between wedding and room reservation, they couldn't give 6JD discount. This is insane. So cheap!!! The wedding planner is another story. She knows nothing about plans, events and customer service and relationss. Never returned a call after they got all the money. Very cheap, sad and disappointing. Not recommended at all. Never call them for any services!

Oda temizdi. Housekeeping gerçekten çok hızlı bir şekilde odayı toparladı. Resepsiyondaki görevliler çok yardımcı oldular. Sadece uçuşum gece oldugundan sabah 4 gelmeme ragmen benden 2 saat beklersem early check in alınabileceğini şimdi tam gün ücreti almaları gerektiğini belirtmeleri hoşuma gitmedi. Yorgun oldugumdan tam gün bedeli ödedim ek olarak.
