"At the crest of the gorge but above the main road so very little noise. The staff were very helpful. The bedroom was I perfect condition as was the en suite bathroom. "Het hotel was netjes, ontbijt was prima. De bedden waren matig. Wij sliepen met 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen op de kamer. Het bed voor de ouders was prima, de kussens stelde weinig voor. Het bed voor de kinderen was hard en klein. Uiteindelijk heeft onze dochter op de grond geslapen op de dekens. Net zo hard maar dan wel de ruimte. "

Top Ampflwang im Hausruckwald Hotel Reviews

eee Hotel Laakirchen

eee Hotel Laakirchen

8/10 Good
"It is a very good choice for a basic 1-2 night stay in the area near Gmunden. The room was modern, clean, comfortable. Breakfast at the outside restaurant 2 minutes from the hotel was very good. This is a hotel without a front desk. When we had a problem with our room, we called the emergency phone number at 10PM. The lady that answered was extremely nice and helpful and gave us a new room in 5 minutes. The tech-based automated check-in procedure was BAD. We booked through hotels.com, immediately got a message from the hotel saying we will get check-in instructions 3 days before our stay. No check-in instructions arrived. I tried the check-in section on their website -- it did not function. I called them on the phone -- the person was very nice, said they have a problem with one of the tech providers but, no worry, there are check-in terminals at the hotel. We arrive at the hotel, tried the first check-in terminal and we get a message that the system does not recognize our reservation. We were about to call them on the phone when my partner suggested to try the second check-in terminal and this one worked smoothly. In summary, it is a nice hotel with good value for money, but, if you rely to technology to replace humans, the technology BETTER WORK otherwise it is a poor customer experience."
